Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thermaldirect.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns where the product is not defective (for example, if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item).

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
